These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our website (www.vivessencebyluna.club). The products purchased vivessencebyluna.club are directly sold by Vivessence by Luna LTD which is registered in England and Wales. Company registration no. 12615190. Registered office: Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London,  WC1H 9LG.


    1. On www.vivessencebyluna.club, we only offer for sale high quality homeware accessories, baby and children's clothes online.
    2. www.vivessencebyluna.club does not sell damaged products or products of low quality. Please visit our Hand Made with Love in England section for more information on our baby and children's clothes.
    3. The main details of each product are shown on www.vivessencebyluna.club under each product description. Due to the variety of internet browsers and monitors that our products can be viewed on, the products offered for sale on www.vivessencebyluna.club may not exactly match the real garments in terms of image and colours.
    4. Prices are subject to change therefore please ensure that you check the final price of sale before purchasing.
    5. All Products come with a label attached and relevant instructions. If you wish to return or exchange any item do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products. www.vivessencebyluna.club will not accept the return or exchange of any products that have had the label removed or that have been damaged. Please see our returns & exchanges policy outlined below.



Full-price sales are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Please email info@vivessencebyluna.club for approval within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
Products must be returned in an unused, unwashed condition with original tags still attached.

Any returns which are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We recommend a tracked or ‘signed for’ service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels.
All items purchased in a sale are final and cannot be returned.

Return Instructions: 

To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@vivessencebyluna.club within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and ‘Return’ quoted in the subject line.

Once we email to confirm your return or exchange has been approved, the items must then be sent back to the address provided within 5 business days of the email confirmation.

Please include a note with your order number so that we can identify your parcel and whether you require an exchange or refund, failure to do so can result in a delay in processing your refund/exchange. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your refund to be processed.
If the items are returned in a re-saleable condition, you will be offered a full refund (minus the original postage cost).
The refund will be processed back onto the original method of payment.
