Cancelling or amending your order

Please note that due to the volume of orders we receive, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or amend orders once your order has been placed. Please ensure you take great care when purchasing your items to avoid making any mistakes.
You can however return or exchange your items once you receive it, according to our return policy.

Order confirmation

Once you have submitted your order and it is confirmed by Vivessence by Luna you will receive an automated email confirmation with your purchased item(s) and order number.  Please use this order number for any future communications with us.

If you do not receive your order confirmation, please ensure to check your spam and junk email folders. Should you still not receive this, please email us on info@vivessencebyluna.club and we will gladly resend the confirmation to you.

We provide a standard delivery service:

• UK - £7 | 5 -10 days | Free over £50
• Europe - £15 | 10 -15 days
• USA - £15 | 10 - 20 days
• Rest of world - £20 | 15 - 20 days

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTY

Customers with shipping addresses outside the UK are responsible for all applicable duties, VAT and import taxes. These are not included in the cost of shipping.

Vivessence by Luna has no control over these amounts and will not be held liable.
 
Refusal to pay duties or refusal to accept a package does not mean the package will be returned safely to Vivessence by Luna. No refund will be issued, and we cannot be held liable.
